Account Requests

Network and e-mail accounts for PACS and SMHM faculty and staff are created and maintained by the PACS Computing Center. Requests for new user accounts and changes to existing accounts must be made by the department chair or administrator using the online request form. The administrator will be notified via email when the new account is ready. Allow 24 hours for creation of new accounts and changes to existing accounts.
